*You will be responsible for providing event insurance, typically costing between $100-$200.
**Because we our outdoor only and the chance for inclement weather is higher during the months of Nov. through April, a tent is required. If there is more than one event in a weekend (i.e. one Saturday, one Sunday) the base price increases by about $1,000 but the total becomes split amongst both parties.
